Nichols Career Center would like to cordially invite area 8-10th grade students to explore the wide variety of programs we offer to our partner schools. The 3rd annual Nichols Showcase will be held at Nichols Career Center on Thursday, November 16th from 5-7 p.m. Along with their family, we invite students in grades 8-10 to participate in hands-on demonstrations of each of our 13 trade and industry programs. Epsilon Beta and the HS Library are hosting the annual Halloween Movie Night in the Library on Monday, 10/30 starting at 3:30. Popcorn is $1, bring your own drinks, bring your friends, and enjoy a movie to get us in the mood for spooky season. See you there!

Congratulations to the Southern Boone Marching Eagles for making the finals on Saturday at the Missouri State Marching Association State Championship. They came in 5th place in Class 3A, with two great performances!

A group of high school students attended the Build My Future event in Jefferson City today. The event focused on different careers in the construction field. Students took part in interactive activities related to welding, concrete, electrical and machinery.






Congratulations to Southern Boone HS Artist of the Week Zoey Davis! Zoey is in Mrs. Shaffer's Art II class and did a fantastic job with her drawing of Hogwarts! Way to go, Zoey!!
