Southern Boone will host the Class 4 District 8 Baseball Tournament. The Eagles will play Father Tolton or Fulton in the district semifinals on Monday evening.
The Class 2 District 7 Girls Soccer Tournament is next week in Boonville. Southern Boone will take on Boonville in the district quarterfinals on Monday evening.

Congratulations to Trent Hargis, Levi Baumgartner and Noah Wilde on qualifying for the Class 3 State Golf Tournament next week at Meadow Lake Acres Country Club in New Bloomfield.
Southern Boone Boys Golf team finished in 5th place at today's district tournament (out of 14 schools).
Trent Hargis, Levi Baumgartner and Noah Wilde tied for 16th with 84's. Blake Nichols shot an 86 to tie for 21st and Oscar Hilgedick shot a 91 for 32nd (out of 73 golfers).

The American Cancer Society presented the Southern Boone boys and girls basketball teams with a traveling trophy this morning for raising the most money during the 2022 Norm Stewart Classic last December in Columbia.
Southern Boone raised over $4,000 which was donated to the Coaches vs. Cancer program to help the American Cancer Society.
The Norm Stewart Classic is an annual shootout event held at Mizzou Arena featuring 48 hours of continuous high school basketball from teams in Missouri and surrounding states.
After last night's 7-0 win over Mexico, Southern Boone Girls Soccer held their Senior Night festivities to recognize the five senior players and two senior managers.
