🌟 This morning, Southern Boone School District participated in the Southern Boone Economic Development Council's Leaders Breakfast at the Ashland Optimist Club Building. 🌟
Our Future Business Leaders of America members attended the event, and FBLA President Parker Salter shared exciting updates from their recent state competition. 🏆 School Superintendent Dr. Tim Roth also spoke, providing an update on the high school construction project and emphasizing the school district's important role in helping to foster economic growth in our community.
REMINDER: Southern Boone School District will not be in session on Friday, April 18th, 2025 and Monday, April 21st, 2025. Classes will resume on Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025.

The Southern Boone County R-I School District has named Lindsey Hammann the new assistant principal of Southern Boone Middle School. Hammann, currently a kindergarten teacher at Southern Boone Primary School, will begin her new role on July 1, 2025.

🎓✨ Southern Boone High School hosted a College and Career Fair on Wednesday for all 8th-12th grade students! They had the chance to explore over 40 colleges, universities, tech schools, military branches and local businesses. A big thank you to all the participants who made this event possible and helped our students envision their futures! 🌟
Southern Boone School District received the 2025 Purple Start designation today during the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's Military Child Kickoff event in the Capitol Rotunda this morning. This award recognizes school districts and individual schools for their commitment to military service members and their families while they live in Missouri.
